It was a week well spent!
Monday: Supper at Lai Lai Beef Noodle after work. It was there we started the tying-a-knot-on-the-cherry-stem-with-your-tongue thing. Fiona did it super fast lah.
Me: (*laughs) I still cannot lah. I want to give up already.
"Maybe you need help from another tongue". (*wiping mouth)
Tuesday: Went to TopOne KTV after work. The price, the room, the services were so much more better than K-Box and Party World. Especially the lighting effects. We sang all the way till 4 plus going 5am.
Wednesday: Met up with Janice, Dilys and Vivienne...supposedly for lunch at Fish n Co...but losing my dance skirt spoilt my pretty morning mood...boo:( Bought a shirt. Oooh...and while we were at Coffee Bean, i saw Khor and William. William looked thinner...i think...Khor...still the same face. Lol. Went off for dance after that. For graduation ceremony. "This Is My Now"
Saturady: Met Chilli Padi to go Shangri-La for our Typhoid jab. It's compulsory jab for all food-handlers in Shangri-La. Ate lunch. Roam around. Watched Shutter. Luckily the box of popcorn were half eaten before the start of the show...otherwise there will be flying popcorns around. Haha. Chilli Padi was still seating very calmly beside throughout the whole show. Went to work after that. And our right arms were aching from the jab. Couldn't stretched my right hand. Couldn't carry oval tray during work. Couldn't sleep on my right at night. Couldn't even touch my arm. "It's good for your body." Like what Chilli Padi had always said. Well, at least i'm well vaccinated for the next three years. I'm not so worried about food poisoning already:) K-Box after work. TopOne is still the best:)

Temasek Polytechnic Dance Ensemble
GEM 3: Ignite Your Senses
Was another breakthrough
Months and weeks and days and hours and minutes and seconds spent on trainings were finally put into full practice within the short period of less than two hours on stage.
The time and efforts.
The blood and perspiration.
The laughter and tears.
The joy and sadness.
The exhilarations and disappointments.
The pains and the angst.
The passion and the love.
Everything that had been put into this entire concert had not been put to waste and was all worthwhile. The only glitch is that, it was all over too soon. Now, we can only watch ourselves perform on youtube, look at our pictures, and reminisce all the times we had during trainings, spending every single day with one another, struggling to wake up in the morning, rushing to be on time for rehearsals, struggling to catch the steps quick, getting scolded by Ryan and Gin, getting praised for doing something good, the journeys to TP, 'O' School and home, and so so so much more. These are just some of the memories held dear and close to heart, which makes this concert special in the way it is.
The prayer said by Ryan before the first show on Friday that made us cried
The excitedness we get from seeing audiences that swarmed into Auditorium 1 through the TV at the backstage and trying to spot familiar faces
The nervous-ness and stress we had 5 minutes before the performance
The "am i going to forget my steps" and "what if i fall and screwed up everything"
The last minute revision of dance routines
The butterflies fluttering in our stomaches
The curtain call on the second show, with tears streaming down our faces and the choked "it's finally over" and the warm warm warm warm hugs
The photo-taking sessions after that
I was very sad though...because Janice, Dilys and Vivienne bought the tickets but couldn't make it...and Pigay Gang didn't reply me:(((

Jie Si kept linking me with 湘琴...and i don't know why...lol...and she started calling 湘琴 too...
Had been dancing everyday from day to night...and i got to reach TP at 7:30am later...that's not the worst part...the worst part is rushing for bus 69 to Tampines interchange and hearing the announcement that the last train to Boon Lay had departed...you know...that kind of hweeling??? This is the kind of situation i wished that i was a 'Jumper"...HAHAHA...carrying two bags of my costumes and shoes...and feeling so tired...i had to walk all the way out to flag for a cab...i never like spending money on those stupid taxi drivers...but i do not have a choice...TSK!
AND...my phone has a problem...i can't receive incoming messages sometimes...in fact...it was most of the time...i can still receive incoming calls though...BOO

Just came back from Meiying's advanced 21st birthday party
Met up with Tian Hong after my dance class
Both of us are the only ones from 04S05
We had so much to talk...after two years of not seeing each other
From gossips to more gossips
Haha
We don't know nobody else there...so we just talk and eat and talk and eat
Left after singing birthday song and taking pictures with the birthday girl to catch the last train
We were laughing from Pasir Ris to Boon Lay
Hahahaha...it's so funny thinking about what we talked about
From gossips about other classmates...to talking about how funny bollyhood shows are, like how a couple were chasing one another along the street and next moment they were running across the grassland and how people were fighting and suddenly starting singing and dancing and people came out from nowhere and dance together and the dance was so schncronised...to serious talk like about government going to build a terminal 4 to anticipate the growth in the volume of tourists especially after it was announced that Singapore was the host country for YOG ...to rubbish like the expansion and contraction of railway tracks, that's why the train is faster in the morning and night...
This concert is really a test of my strength, stamina, memory and determination
It's so tiring...
I woke up everyday at 6am...travel two hours to school...dance dance dance...travel two hours back home...sleep once i hit the pillows...wake up at 6am...and so on...
Good thing about tomorrow that dance is at 'O' School...i can wake up at 7am~~~

I think the only rest day was Tuesday which was a night well-spent!
Meet up with Dean and Hafez
Had dinner at Burger King,
We watched Jumper at Plaza Singapura (it was a super cool show...i give 5 popcorns!),
Chilled at Coffee Club,
Supper at Newton (and we walked from Orchard)
I'm having dance classes from day to night...all the way at Temasek Polytechnic...as early as 9am...to as late as 9pm...and i'm staying at Jurong...how i wish i can JUMP to school and JUMP back home...
And my thighs and butt are aching...like as though i've done thousands of frog jumps and then fell on my buttocks...
How am i going to recover like that..?
The thermometer had been my best friend these days...
So what had I been doing after my last paper?
Nothing but work and dance
And i'm sick now
BOO!
I reached the hotel with a terrible headache...Dean got me panadols and he laughed at me for not knowing how to swallow pills...so he crushed it and mixed it with water...i drank it and managed to hang on for the whole Sunday Brunch...but...next my eyes got swollen...Chef Samsom still said that it was because i was looking too much at handsome guys...haha...i washed my eyes with salt water...Pepper applied lotion on my eyes for me...Kelvin put ice on my eyes and he got me food too...got better but I still counldn't continue working for the dinner operations so i went back home...and luckily i back home because i got a fever after that...i went to sleep with 37.6°C yesterday night and woke up with 38.6°C today...
I need to get well soon...concert is just next week!
